General Policies:

General Policies:

Office and Camp Store hours 11 am - 7 pm

We encourage you to have fun during your stay, however, please be courteous of other guests and refrain from excessive noise after 10 pm.

Pets are allowed in all of our rentals at an additional fee. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated if left alone in the rental. We ask that you clean up after your pet. Any damages caused by your pet will be added to your bill.

Pet Fees: Cabins $15 nightly per pet and $10 nightly per pet in efficiencies and suites.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our rentals. If smoking is detected after your stay, an automatic charge of $150 will be added to your bill.

Cancellation & refunds: In order to receive a deposit refund, cancellations MUST be received 7 days prior to your reservation.

Children Fees

Cabins: Children ages 3-15 are $12.50 per night, no charge 3 years and under.

Efficiency and suites: 15 years and under is no charge.

Children charges will not be reflected on your online invoice, but will be charged at checkin

Campground Policies

To ensure a good camping experience and the safety of all guests please adhere to the campground policies.
General Campground Policies

  • Camp Store and office hours are 11:00-7:00 pm
  • Check in time begins at 2:00 PM for all campsites. If a guest wishes to arrive earlier than 2:00 pm please contact the office.
  • To extend your stay please check at the office by 11 am.
  • After hours check in: see camp attendant or call 603-538-6935 option 2
  • Check out time is 11:00 am
  • Minimum check in age is 18 years old
  • Guests ages 17 and under are considered children
  • Pets are allowed
  • For late arrivals, please call the Buck Rub Office at 603-538-6935 to make arrangements
  • Speed limit in the campground is 5 mph and strictly enforced! Only one warning will be given without consequence. Please watch out for children and pets!

Check in/Check out Policy

  • Check in begins at 2 pm for all campsites. If a guest wishes to arrive earlier than 2 pm and their site is vacant, they must confirm with the office prior to arrival. Check out is 11 am. To extend your stay please check at the office by 10 am.

Campsite Regulations

  • Each campsite may be occupied by 4 adults.
  • For safety reasons do not leave food or trash outside of your tent or camper. Leaving trash or food outside can attract wild animals including bears!
  • One picnic table and fire ring are included with every campsite; please check at the office if you wish for either one to be relocated.
  • Vehicles must be registered and have a car pass from the office.


  • Firewood cannot be brought to the campground from out of state per NH state law.
  • Please keep fires to a reasonable size within the ring.
  • No pallets or pressure treated wood is to be used in the fire rings.
  • Do not cut trees or limbs for firewood.
  • Campfires must never be left unattended.
  • Do not move the fire rings.
  • Fires must be extinguished by midnight.

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. No excessive noise during these hours. All radios and outdoor TV's must be turned off. Refrain from loud activities including loud conversations. Noise at any time must not be bothersome to your neighboring campers. If you have to be asked to be quiet after 10 pm more than once you will be asked to leave without a refund.
  • Drunk or disorderly conduct may be grounds for immediate expulsion from the campground without a refund.


  • MUST be kept on a leash or tie out no longer than 6 feet at all times. Pets are never to be left unattended when outside.
  • All pet waste is to be picked up immediately and disposed of in the trash.
  • Pet waste is not to be flushed in toilets or buried.
  • Owners are responsible for any personal injury or property damages caused by their pets.
  • Any pet deemed a nuisance will not be allowed to remain in the campground. No refunds will be given.

ATV use

  • Speed limit in the campground is 5 mph and strictly enforced! Only one warning will be given without consequence. Please watch out for children and pets!
  • All ATV's must be back in camp and at your site with engines off by dark.
  • ATV's must only be ridden on trails and camp road.
  • No riding out of camp before 8 am or after dark! NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Children 12 and younger are not allowed to ride their ATV's in the campground without being escorted by an adult and must have their helmet on ANYTIME they are on an ATV! Children are not to do laps around the campground or in the overflow parking area!
  • Do not litter on the ATV trails. 90% of the ATV trails are on private property. Please respect the landowners who grant you permission to ride on their property! Leave the campground and trails as clean as you find them.

Trash disposal

  • The dumpster is to be used for daily household trash only! Do not throw lawn chairs, tents, tires, or other large items in the dumpster. Please take them home with you for disposal.
  • Do not litter in the campground. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground!

Bath house

  • Bathrooms are to be used for their intended purpose only.
  • Do not flush anything besides toilet paper in the toilets; this includes baby and adult wet wipes!

Sanitary pads and tampons should be wrapped and disposed of in the trash can.

  • Please do not enter showers with muddy clothes on. Do not use sinks or showers to wash excess mud off of clothing.

Wild life

  • Please do not feed any of the wild life that may show up at the campground.


  • The playground closes at dark. Please make sure your children are back at your site by dark. After dark children 12 and younger must be escorted by an adult when they are off of your site.


  • Guests visiting for the day are NOT allowed to bring their ATV's to the campground or use the campground access trail. There is free parking at the Buck Rub or Camp Store where you can meet friends riding ATVs.
