ATVing makes this area a great summer destination for being on the trails. Trails typically open around Memorial Day weekend and run through September 30th. Jumping on your rig and riding along miles and miles of trails through the rugged forested landscape, pastoral mountainous fields and secluded waterways is a riding experience that you have only just long imagined in Northern NH. The raw beauty of the area is unparalleled, brimming with wildlife sightings and outdoor adventures. The views are incomparable and the trails deliver days of riding fun.
The Ride the Wilds ATV Trail System is the Northeast’s largest interconnected ATV trail system across the upper northern region of the state. Opening in June 2013, Ride the Wilds brought together three seasons of ATV riding and access to more than 1,000 miles of interconnected trails. The trails are on a combination of private, state & corporately owned land, a wonderful relationship of shared stewardship that encourages respect and responsible riding. To accommodate riders, all the towns within the Ride the Wilds trail system allow ATVs on town roads to access services like food, gas and lodging, or to connect with other sections of trail. Look for ATV Permitted Signs on open sections of highway.
Head out for a day or more, with the opportunity to stop at the Buck Rub to eat and stay along the way since we are located directly on the trail. Enjoy the connectivity of the trails without trailering your machine from one location to another.
